10. The user is responsible for using the service that may involve any third party like internet service provider. Itsboutiphone.co.uk would not be responsible for any technical issues with such third party service provider that may or may not affect our service quality.

Registration

In order to use the services on ItsAboutiPhone you must agree to provide current and accurate information prompted at registration. If you wish to withdraw from the contract after the product being dispatched to you (after receiving dispatch confirmation email) you can email no later than 7 working days after you receive the product. For that you would need to send an order cancelation email to info@itsaboutiphone.co.uk with your proper order details.

When Itsboutiphone.co.uk would receive your notification regarding withdrawal or cancellation of the order (in compliance with the terms & conditions), the sum debited to our account would be credited the payee credit card within 30 days provided that the goods are returned and the email confirmation is verified. However, you would be liable to the returning of good charges.

If you wish to purchase a design service or project we can begin with a quotation. The project would only start after the receiving of the initial payment agreed in the contract. When there is would be an option to change anything you would be shown the progress of the project. You can opt up to 3 minor changes after the agreement of the project. Itsboutiphone.co.uk can refund complete or partial payment made at Itsboutiphone.co.uk decision.

Service

1. The condition of the service(s) and product followed by an order depends upon the acceptance of that order.
2. The payments of all the products and services must be made in full prior to be supplied by the agreed date to dispatch the product or service or to continue the project.
3. All the quotation would be in written form which needs to be agreed by writing to Itsboutiphone.co.uk and by signing an authorized order form. All the quoted prices in the quotation must be agreed (exclusive of VAT) at the time of acceptance of the contract.
4. All the accepted orders signed by Itsboutiphone.co.uk or may:
   1. Be cancelled by you within 7 working days of the service being supplied or the order delivered (for an individual outside the course of company)
   2. Be cancelled by you within 7 working days of the signing of the order provided you indemnify Itsboutiphone.co.uk in full against all the loss incurred (including full cost of goods ordered for your). Furthermore, damages, charges and other direct /indirect expenses incurred by Itsboutiphone.co.uk would need to be compensated.
5. Itsboutiphone.co.uk has the right to suspend the project in case of the payment is not cleared. Non payment can result in the suspension or cancellation of the project.
6. All services including the domain names (if applicable) which are made or requisitioned on behalf of Itsboutiphone.co.uk would remain our property until full payment is made.

Service Usage

1. No pornographic data storage or transmission in any form whatsoever is allowed through the servers of Itsboutiphone.co.uk. The term “pornographic material” depends upon the discretion of the Itsboutiphone.co.uk and the decision would be final.
2. All the information you submit to Itsboutiphone.co.uk are on your sole responsibility including graphics, data, comments, photos and sounds. Itsboutiphone.co.uk is not responsible for any legal claims and violation of UK or international laws due to information supplied by users.

4. If the services provided included hosting or video streaming then Itsboutiphone.co.uk can limit the bandwidth transmission in case of heavy consumption. The user can terminate the agreement in such case for which an appropriate refund shall be made (percentage of the initial invoice subtract related expense occurred) by itsaboutiphone.co.uk
5. If itsaboutiphone.co.uk finds about any illegal act or infringement  under UK and international law we would suspend or terminate the project or services
6. You agree that you are liable to compensate the loss or cost which may arise due to any such illegal affair by you or due to any improper use of service to itsaboutiphone.co.uk
7. You also acknowledge that itsaboutiphone.co.uk
   1. Do not check and verify content or data transmitted
   2. Make judgement and decisions in regard to the transmission
   3. Assures the nature of content to be true, authentic and reliable
   4. Gives the security and confidentiality of your information

Limited Liability

Any liability on the part of itsaboutiphone.co.uk in case of any breach of agreement shall be payable by you within the 12 months period under this agreement. This would restrict to damages caused allegedly or by failure to provide, error, omission and interruption of service and of third party. Other than these terms the recoverable amount shall be payable by you.

Personal Data

You agree that itsaboutiphone.co.uk has the right to gather and use your personal data for enhancing the services provided to you.

Termination

Itsaboutiphone.co.uk has the right to terminate the agreement without being under any legal liability if:

1. If you fail to clear you dues
2. If you commit any Breach in the agreement. If there is redeemable way and you didn’t performed the remedy.
3. An event or situation arises at your end which makes it not viable for you to continue the project

General

1. All the terms and conditions and agreements would only be acceptable in legally acceptable format for which both the parties must have prove and have mutual agreement in writing by itsaboutiphone.co.uk
2. These agreements and similar agreements would combine to form the entire agreement and understanding between you and itsaboutiphone.co.uk.
3. You understand and acknowledge that all the terms included in the agreement can be executed lawfully if not abide. The company shall not be responsible for any breach of this agreement not in any of its obligations regarding any event, omission or accident.
4. Any form of oral agreement would be considered vague made by anyone on either sides
5. Any fraudulent or misrepresentation in agreement would be considered the breach of contract
6. If the agreement is translated to any other language, the English (UK) would be preferred and would prevail for legalities

Notices

You agree to upon the details of the contract which must be up to date. In case of any change in the terms and conditions of the agreement you must notify itsaboutiphone.co.uk prior to implementation. In any case all the notifications must be in written form. In case of any ambiguity
